Vend i 2\/3 dl. Neutral olie jeg bruger rapsolie. T\u00e6nd ovnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Bekl\u00e6d en bradepanden med bagepapir, n\u00e5r ovnen er varm s\u00e6tter du bradepande med br\u00f8dcrutoner ind i ovnen og skruer ned\u00a0 til 125 grader. N\u00e5r br\u00f8dcrutonerne begynder at blive let gyldne blander du 3 fed presset hvidl\u00f8g og groft salt med croutoner og s\u00e6tter dem tilbage i ovnen indtil de er spr\u00f8de og gyldne.
